Last week a new internet trend called Belly Button Challenge was gone viral and over 130 million hits were reported in just a week. This trend involves wrapping the right hand around their back to touch their belly button. This peculiar trend 1st started in China and was 1st spotted in WEIBO site which is the Chinese version of Twitter. Many of young people especially young women were spotted posting their selfies on different social media sites posing their stomachs while trying the belly button challenge.
This hilarious pose is done in four steps
Step 1. Put your right arm behind the back
Step 2: Touch your left naval and the belly button with the right hand
Step 3: Fail to touch and hence fail in the challenge as well
Step 4: Get upset thinking your body shape is not perfect.
If you are thinking it as a fitness challenge, then you are wrong. It has no connection with fitness rather it links to shoulder flexibility. However, the growing trend is considered as a new thigh gap and it need to be stopped at the earliest. These skinny body challenges are nothing but loaded weapons which force people to go for such things to prove their beauty or slimness. But failing in belly button challenge does not mean that you do not have a good health and you have to undergo severe fitness workouts. Your self-esteem is not to be measured through pounds at all. So stop these idiotic works and throw your worries on fitness issues.
